No New Year Resolutions - Be More You Instead
I'm not a fan of New Year's Resolutions. They tend to evaporate by the end of January. Instead:
* What about reflecting on moments when you were at your best
* Thinking about what qualities, strengths and skills this demonstrated, and
* How might being more of your best self make a difference in the next year?
Follow the instructions on these slides to conduct your own personal review into your qualities, capacities, competencies, skills and strengths. Then consider how these might be applies in the year ahead.
